The place was absolutely great, we enjoyed it. We stayed in the double room, the room was new-fashioned and fantastic. Lovely and accommodating staff gave advice on things to do. The location was marvellous in a nice area, next to lots of beautiful walks/areas and the restaurant. It was really great time in Dearham.

A good find with beautifully decorated rooms and really good food. The only downside was the thin walls, allowing a bit too much pub noise at night. Cleanliness and customer service stood out, and the warm ambiance made for a pleasant evening.

The self-check-in process was efficient and straightforward.
There was no fridge in the room, making it difficult to store beverages.

missingWrote a review on 24 Augefficient check-inspacious roomshot waterkitchen noise
Self-check-in saves a lot of hassle, and all the door codes worked flawlessly. Plenty of hot water and spacious rooms for a comfortable stay.
Room 6 is a problem. It's positioned over the kitchen, so expect noise from the extractor fan and various clatter late into the night. No fridge in the room limits your options for keeping drinks cold. Lacking drawers or shelves means living out of a suitcase, less than ideal. The breakfast options felt limited, and the wait times could be cumbersome due to the breakfast order system.

Couples getaway well worth it
We had a lovely evening meal at the pub downstairs, the belly pork was delicious and honestly some of the best food I've had in a long time. The attention to detail in the room was fantastic, I mean, the shower had two options and a really good quality hair dryer! That matters, trust me.

Had a really great stay! The location was awesome for visitin the lakes, super convenient. Staff were super friendly n helpful, seemed like home! Our beautiful king room was spacious n sooo comfy. The restaurant served the best food we've had in a while, especially the sunday lunch, it was amazin!
The walls were pretty thin so we could hear some noise from the bar below. The check-in process could've been a bit smoother.
